The pilgrimage to Fátima is a day of group walking, with moments of silence and individual prayer and others of prayer and group sharing; it is an outward journey that is intended to be an opportunity for a deep inward journey. It’s about 18 kilometres from Casa Velha to Fátima, leaving in the morning, along green paths, between hills and valleys, and arriving at the end of the day, with your heart set on meeting Our Lady in the Cova da Iria.
Casa Velha Open Day is an afternoon to give thanks and to be at Casa Velha. A day of sightseeing and celebrations, including a Mass of Thanksgiving.
Colónia aTerra is a camp created in 2015 that every year welcomes around 80 children and young people, aged 5 to 16, from Vale Travesso, Ourém and the surrounding area. It’s a week full of activities designed to encourage an encounter with God and others, contact with nature and personal development.
Please check if registration for these activities is open on the Program page.
In addition to our Activities Program, it is possible to stay at Casa Velha to rest, pray, take a walk, on your way to Fátima or on remote work.
